Alexandra obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Food Engineering (2011). However, her keen interest in health, wellbeing, and alternative therapies, led her to study Sports Massage Therapy, gaining her qualification in 2018. In 2021 she achieved a diploma in Dental Nursing.

Passionate for extending her knowledge within complementary healthcare, Alex discovered Kinesiology in 2023, and is currently studying to become a Kinesiologist Diplomat, which allows her to practice as a Kinesiology Member Associate, incorporating kinesiology techniques with her sports massage.
