Health MOT
We provide a comprehensive health MOT service. A medical history will be taken, followed by a blood pressure check, oxygen saturation level reading, and a urine sample will be analysed.
If requested, your height, weight, body mass index (BMI), body and visceral fat and skeletal muscle will be measured.

Your blood glucose level can also be measured if required.

We can provide referrals to other healthcare professionals for further investigations if necessary.

Indian Head Massage
This treatment focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, using different massage techniques that improve blood circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, oxygen and hair follicles, and enhances feelings of wellbeing. Founded in the 70’s by Brian H. Butler. Kinesiology is a healing method which allows the healer to tap into your subconscious mind through your muscles and find anything that blocks you from mental, emotional and physical health. The natural state of your body is balance, harmony and physical flow but through stress, trauma and pollution the energy from our body becomes blocked leading to illness and emotional problems.
Kinesiology comes from the Greek word “kinesis” which means movement, and is a profession recognised by the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
