Health MOT
We provide a comprehensive health MOT service. A medical history will be taken, followed by a blood pressure check, oxygen saturation level reading, and a urine sample will be analysed.
If requested, your height, weight, body mass index (BMI), body and visceral fat and skeletal muscle will be measured.

Your blood glucose level can also be measured if required.

We can provide referrals to other healthcare professionals for further investigations if necessary.

Indian Head Massage
This treatment focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck, and shoulders, using different massage techniques that improve blood circulation, stimulate the lymphatic system, oxygen and hair follicles, and enhances feelings of wellbeing. It is believed to relieve sinusitis, headaches, eyestrain, stress, tension, anxiety, and may improve sleep.
Indian Head Massage is usually done while seated, through light clothing.
